Suzuki GSX 125 Price Evaluation
The Suzuki GSX 125 was launched in 2022 in Pakistan at a sick price of around 350,000 rupees. This price is 72,000 more than the Honda CB 125 f and 28,000 rupees higher than the Yamaha YBR 125 G. The price is almost near to that of the Suzuki 150. We don’t know what Suzuki was thinking about launching this bike at such a high price, but we are sure that at this price, it won’t get much attention from Pakistanis!
Many of you will opt for Yamaha or Honda, but whoever has a budget for this bike, it’s sure to entertain them wholly. Despite its high price, it’s still reasonable for a CBU model and one that’s utterly built differently! Moreover, you can’t find another 125 that performs better than the Suzuki 125!
Its Specification And Features
Suzuki GSX 125 has a five-speed gearbox and comes with a single-cylinder and 4-stroke engine. According to Suzuki’s official website, this bike can produce a horsepower of 10.46 hp and a torque of about 9.2 Nm. These figures are almost the same as we get from Yamaha and Honda 125. The brand’s origin is Japan.
Compared to Yamaha and Honda 125, which give 50-55 Km/L and 40 Km/L mileage, the Suzuki 125 gives an outstanding mileage of 60 km/L. The bike is air-cooled, but it doesn’t get heated that easily, meaning it’s your perfect companion on a long drive!
Moreover, the wheels are tubeless, which is suitable for offroading. It has a dry weight of around 126 kg and a petrol capacity of 14.2 liters, which means on a full tank, it can cover up to a minimum distance of 850 km.
It has both kick and auto-ignition. Both the front and rear suspensions are spring hydraulic damping. The front brake has a hydraulic disk, while the rear brake has an Internal Expanding Drum Corporate.

Suzuki GSX 125 Design
Besides the excellent performance, the Suzuki GSX 125 also has an adorable body. Get this, and you’ll find everyone around you asking for it! Undoubtedly, its design is pretty elegant and sporty. At Pak Auto Show 2022, most people admired its design. Most even said it’s more beautiful than the Yamaha YBR 125! However, it also looks very much like a Suzuki 150.
At the show, Suzuki didn’t add any stickers to this bike. However, the company surveyed its design and whether or not they should add stickers to it. Most people there had a positive response. In our opinion too, adding stickers to the bike will further enhance its elegance and sporty design.
Dimensions
The bike also has some excellent dimensions, resembling a lusty sport bike. This also allows the air to flow smoothly, reducing air friction and improving its performance. The bike’s dimensions, along with its tires, are given below:

Pros & Cons
We also went through some reviews to see what other people like about the bike and what they hate about it! Here are a few things the people love about the bike and a few that they don’t like:
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Comfortable seat for long rides Soft suspension High mileage than Yamaha YBR 125 f and Honda CB 125 g Powerful Engine Lesser vibrations at high speed Sporty and elegant looks Powerful breaks Commanding highlights | Tall riders may feel uncomfortable as the seat height is comparatively low Expensive than the Yamaha YBR 125 f and the Honda CB 125 g has lower mileage than mentioned at high speed Expensive spare parts No ABS for safety |
Competition With Other Bikes
Suzuki has relatively more ground clearance and fuel capacity than the Honda CB 125F and Yamaha YBR 125 g. So it gives it an edge over the others too.
Moreover, it has some decent tubeless tires, which are unavailable in either Honda CB 125 f or Yamaha YBR 125 g, and its mileage is more than the other two. Its front headlight design also looks more modern and sporty than the CB 125 f. But we can’t compare its headlight with the Yamaha YBR 125 f since it has a little bit of trail bike characteristics.
However, the price of Suzuki is more than both of the other bikes. It puts it at a disadvantage, but in terms of performance and looks, it is undoubtedly better than the other two. We recommend it to those of you who have a reasonable budget and are looking for a comfortable, high-performance ride!
